In the past we have taken many other companies to court for breach of
Copyright Law; and won every time. International Copyright Law
is waking up to the fact that most Companies today operate
‘design by credit card’ policy. That is to say the so-called designers are
given a budget to go and shop for the collection.
The International Law has been redefined to state
“that if one had the original item to copy and carry out any changes to the
article thereof, an infringement of Copyright has occurred”.

We have been able in the past to obtain a Court Order to seize surmountable
units of copied garments all over the world. Once we have been awarded title
of the stock, we have either donated them to charities or had them destroyed;
thus leaving the cost of goods and our company damages to be
incurred by the retailer, mail order house or factory.

Our Company prides itself on being able to develop only Original ideas;
each idea is created in-house and for the sole purpose to safeguard and
give exclusivity to our customers within our products.

Today, with the aid of our own server, we are able to
date / copyright designs and styles, as well as branding and text ideas, before
the products are in the open market or at manufacturing stage.
We therefore ask our customers and sales team, as well as any consumer
concerned that they are buying a “copy” to contact us before purchasing the
garment.
